Yes, completely safe. We only connect when you give permission, you can see everything we’re doing on your screen, and you can disconnect at any time. We’re DBS checked and fully insured. We never access your personal files, passwords, or banking information without your explicit consent and presence.
"What if I forget everything you've taught me?"
That’s perfectly normal! We expect this and plan for it. We write down simple step-by-step instructions in plain English, take screenshots for you to keep, and offer follow-up support. You can always call us back – there’s no limit on questions, and we’re always happy to go over things again.
