Can you move my programs as well as files?

We move your data (documents, photos, mail, etc.). Many programs need re-installing on the new computer — we’ll help where possible and can reinstall common apps with your licences.

Can you transfer emails and contacts?

Yes — Outlook and Apple Mail are supported. We’ll move your mail data, re-add accounts and test sending/receiving.

How long does a data transfer take?

Typically 1–3 hours depending on the size of your data and whether we’re moving between PC and Mac.

Is my data safe and private?

Yes — we handle your information securely and only copy what you ask us to. We can set up backups so you’re protected going forward.

Do you offer home visits?
